JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead cross-functional teams to execute project tasks, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
Align project goals with organizational objectives, securing buy-in from key stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Design and implement frameworks for continuous improvement across project delivery.
Lead initiatives that promote a culture of operational excellence within program management.
Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track program success and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct regular project reviews to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure quality standards.
Implement corrective measures and identify opportunities for process refinement.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent and timely updates on program status, risks, and milestones.
Prepare and present program performance reports to senior leadership, recommending solutions for improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to align on goals and resolve any delivery challenges.
Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain a risk register to ensure risks are documented, reviewed, and managed effectively.
Address issues as they arise, providing timely solutions to keep programs on track.
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.
Promote knowledge sharing across teams to improve program delivery standards and drive a culture of excellence.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies.
Owning the program and take initiatives to increase sales and Revenue and healthy margins.
