Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in the India office. The ideal candidate will manage internal and external communication, ensure brand consistency, and enhance our market presence. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with strong content-creation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for storytelling.

This role will report to the Head of Communications and will work with the Dubai Office team.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal & External Communication:

• Develop and implement communication strategies to align employees with company goals and values.
• Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, internal blogs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Draft and distribute press releases, company announcements, and corporate statements.
• Act as a liaison between the company and media outlets, handling PR activities.

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) to promote company projects, values, and achievements.
• Write blog posts, case studies, and website content showcasing the company's expertise in the construction industry.
• Oversee photography and videography efforts for marketing materials, including site visits and project updates.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across all channels.

Marketing & Branding:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that highlight the company's construction services and projects.
• Ensure brand consistency in all communication materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content.
• Collaborate with the business development team to create proposals and marketing materials for potential clients.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand positioning.

Stakeholder Engagement & Events:

• Coordinate and support corporate events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Impeccable command over language, both written and spoken English.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with working on tools like Notion, Canva, Hootsuite, Mail Chimp.
• Experience with website content management and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
