Role Overview As the Director – Human Resources , you will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for shaping our HR vision, driving culture, and scaling our teams sustainably. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with founders and business leaders to align HR strategies with long-term business goals. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Drive full-cycle recruitment and build a strong employer brand to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market. People Operations: Lead HR operations including payroll, compliance, HRIS implementation, and process optimization. Performance Management: Design and implement robust goal-setting, appraisal, and feedback systems to foster high performance. Culture & Engagement: Foster a strong, inclusive, and transparent company culture that reflects our values and fuels retention. Learning & Development: Identify and implement capability-building initiatives across leadership and operational teams. Policy & Compliance: Develop HR policies in line with labor laws and industry best practices. Diversity & Inclusion: Champion initiatives to ensure an equitable and diverse workplace. Qualifications & Skills 12–14 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role in a high-growth B2 B or tech/startup environment. Proven experience in scaling HR functions in early or growth-stage startups. Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR operations, and compliance frameworks. Demonstrated expertise in hiring, especially for technical and leadership roles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on, founder-friendly attitude. MBA in HR or related discipline preferred.
