Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Specialist at Juhi Fashion World, located in Delhi Cantonment. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments, including hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. Day-to-day tasks include network administration, troubleshooting, ensuring network security, and offering customer support for IT-related issues.

Qualifications

• Network Administration and Network Security skills
• Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or CCNA are a plus
