Job Brief:

• Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, and performant backend systems using Java and

related technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers,

and DevOps engineers, to design and implement new features and enhancements.

• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and best

practices.

• Ensure the timely delivery of features and enhancements by following Agile development

methodologies and using tools like JIRA and Git.

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and implement fixes and improvements as needed.

• Continuously improve the performance and scalability of our systems by optimizing database

queries, improving caching mechanisms, and implementing load balancing and clustering

techniques.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in backend development and apply

them to our systems as appropriate.
