Convert replies into meetings – use proven objection-handling and scheduling tactics to turn interest into booked calls. Optimize templates & workflows – spot patterns, suggest tweaks, and A/B-test snippets to lift conversion rates. Collaborate with SDRs & founders – pass context-rich notes so sales calls start warm, not cold. Report on daily outcomes – quick metrics recap (opens, positive replies, meetings set, learnings). ???? Must-Haves 1+ year managing high-volume cold email or SDR inboxes (reply handling & meeting booking). Fluent, professional written English —you catch tone and nuance, not just typos. Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Outlook, Hub Spot, Apollo, or similar. Self-managed schedule: you choose your working hours; we care about results and fast response times, not a specific timezone. Growth mind-set: eager to learn new industries, offers, and copy tactics. ???? Nice-to-Haves Prior business development / sales experience. Basic knowledge of deliverability best practices and A/B testing. ???? Compensation Base salary + performance bonus for every qualified meeting booked.
