Day-to-day tasks include supervising housekeeping staff, managing laundry services, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager will also handle customer service inquiries related to housekeeping, coordinate with other departments, and participate in hiring and training of new staff members.QualificationsProficient in Supervisory Skills and HiringExperience in Laundry management and related tasksStrong Customer Service and Communication skillsDetail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to multitask and manage time efficientlyPrior experience in hospitality management is an advantageBachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
