Responsibilities:Market Research (Shahada Focus): Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, trends, and competitor activities in Shahada and relevant rural/semi-urban areas.Marketing Strategy Implementation (Local Adaptation): Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns, adapting strategies and tactics to resonate with the local audience in Shahada.Content Creation (Localized): Develop engaging marketing content (text, images, videos) tailored for local channels and audiences in Marathi and Hindi.Digital Marketing (Local Reach): Manage and optimize our online presence, including social media platforms popular in the region, local search engine optimization (SEO), and potentially targeted digital advertising campaigns.Traditional Marketing (Local Engagement): Coordinate and execute traditional marketing activities relevant to the Shahada market, such as local print advertising, radio spots, community events, and outdoor advertising.Event Management (Local Focus): Plan and execute local marketing events, workshops, and promotional activities to engage with the community and generate leads.Public Relations (Local Outreach): Build and maintain relationships with local media outlets and community influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.Campaign Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for optimization based on local market response.Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget for local activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and provide them with necessary marketing materials and support for the Shahada region.Vendor Management (Local): Liaise with local marketing vendors and agencies for services such as printing, advertising, and event support.Brand Building (Loc Experience 2 - 3 Years No. of Openings 1 Education B.Com, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Com Role Marketing Executive Industry Type Accounting / Finance Gender ( Male / Female ) Job Country India Type of Job Full Time Work Location Type Work from Office Face interview location impact hHR Services Ravi Chambers Basement, Below Laminate Gallery, Office No 8, Canada Corner
