Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Valsad. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, addressing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing general HR management tasks. Daily activities include recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Executive will also contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture and support the company's strategic goals.
Qualifications

• HR Management, Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and labor law compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus
