Job Description
- As we expand our teams across various departments, we're looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter to help us attract top talent and ensure we hire individuals who align with our values and goals.
- As our In-House Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new hires. You’ll work closely with department heads, manage recruitment campaigns, and create a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will also play a key role in shaping our employer brand, ensuring that candidates feel engaged and excited about joining us.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs
- Develop job descriptions and specifications for new roles
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and recruitment networks
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Manage recruitment metrics to refine processes and improve performance
- Promote Alkye & our in house- brands as an employer of choice through outreach, branding initiatives, and recruitment marketing
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an in-house recruiter, recruitment consultant, or similar role
- Proven experience as a recruiter in technology
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing strategies
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proven experience matching talent to company values and culture
