Experience-6-8 years Required Technical Skill Set** SQNOW development and support Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) 1. Highly Skilled Leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end solutions on Service Now platform which includes architecting technical implementations multiple products within Service Now including ITSM, Workflows and so on. 2. Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions to meet business requirements. 3. Customize and configure Service Now modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. 4. Good experience on Knowledge Base (KB), Case Management, custom form, custom workflow, and integration development 5. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing Service Now implementations. 6. Experience and knowledge in Building of custom automation workflows, RPA, and development of customized modules. Good-to-Have Experience of Java Script, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services. SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Participate in the full development life cycle, end-to-end, from design, implementation, and testing, to documentation, delivery, support, and maintenance 2 Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions to meet business requirements. 3 Collaborate with customer and onsite/offshore team to do thorough impact analysis and to provide solutions accordingly. 4 Good analytical and communication skill to Collaborate with Client and offshore team.
