Job Summary:

We are seeking a Solution Engineer to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. The role involves understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, supporting sales teams with technical expertise, and ensuring successful solution delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to design and propose solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical presentations for clients.
  • Translate business needs into scalable and feasible technical solutions.
  • Prepare solution architecture, documentation, and technical specifications.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
  • Ensure smooth solution deployment and coordinate with project teams for delivery.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, products, and industry trends.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by acting as a trusted technical advisor.
