You will work with Chat completions, function calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and leverage OpenAI APIs to build scalable, high-performance AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prompt Engineering : Design, develop, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to improve the accuracy, relevance, and coherence of AI-generated content.

- Fine-tuning Models : Fine-tune pre-trained models on specific datasets to enhance performance and adapt models to business-specific requirements.

- Understanding LLM Patterns : Analyze and understand LLM behavior and patterns to improve performance, reduce biases, and fine-tune responses.

- Chat Completions : Build and optimize systems for generating high-quality chat completions, ensuring context-aware and coherent conversational AI outputs.

- Function Calling : Implement function calling capabilities within LLMs to integrate AI-driven actions, such as querying databases, performing calculations, or interacting with APIs based on user inputs.

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) : Integrate external knowledge sources (e.g., documents, databases) with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods to provide more accurate and contextually relevant AI-generated responses.

- OpenAI API Integration : Work extensively with OpenAI APIs (including GPT models) to develop, deploy, and optimize AI-driven solutions. Stay updated on new features and tools offered by OpenAI.

- Model Evaluation and Testing : Continuously evaluate and test models to ensure they are delivering high-quality results, addressing biases, and improving over time.

- Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into end-user applications.

- Documentation and Best Practices : Create and maintain detailed documentation on model architectures, fine-tuning processes, and best practices for prompt engineering.

- AI Ethics and Safety : Ensure that AI models adhere to ethical guidelines and mitigate harmful biases, misinformation, and other risks associated with generative models.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

- Strong expertise in prompt engineering and techniques to optimize AI behavior and responses.

- Experience with fine-tuning and adapting pre-trained models to domain-specific tasks.

- Understanding of LLM behavior, common patterns, and how to improve model outputs.

- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs and tools such as GPT-3, GPT-4, and other OpenAI features.

- Experience in implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques for enhanced AI performance.

- Hands-on experience with chat completions, function calling, and building AI-powered applications.

- Strong coding skills in Python, with experience using libraries like Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other generative models (e.g., T5, BERT, etc.).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and how to deploy LLMs on these platforms.

- Understanding of machine learning pipelines and model deployment strategies.

- Familiarity with model interpretability and techniques to improve the transparency of AI decisions.

- Experience with conversational AI platforms or chatbot frameworks.

- OpenAI certification or other relevant certifications is a plus.
