Set the bar high for code quality, performance, and maintainability.Lead and grow a high-performing team across engineering, QA, and UX.Drive improvements in application performance , observability , and automated testing across our stack.Architect and evolve mission-critical systems for a modern, scalable SaaS platform.Build robust logging, monitoring, and alerting strategies using Azure-native and third-party tools.Collaborate closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams.Own and improve engineering workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.Perform in-depth code reviews and guide the team in writing clean, testable code.Champion TDD, performance profiling, and shift-left testing practices.Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a high-performance culture.Requirements 10+ years of professional software development experience.5+ years in a software engineering management or tech lead role.You currently write code every day and are hands-on with modern systems.Expert-level skills in:.NET (C#) — backend APIs and service architectureSQL — advanced queries, performance tuning, stored proceduresAngular — component-based front-end developmentAzure — App Services, SQL, Functions, DevOps PipelinesProven experience in:Building and scaling observable systems (logs, metrics, traces, alerts)Improving application performance and reducing technical debtImplementing and enforcing automated testing strategiesBonus Points Experience with AI/ML APIs, analytics platforms, or customer-facing insights features.Knowledge of Docker, Cloudflare, SendGrid, or Twilio.Exposure to multi-region cloud deployments or global scaling challenges.About OmniXM OmniXM is a fast-growing SaaS company building intelligent experience management solutions.
