Job Title: IAM and SailPoint Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IAM and SailPoint Engineer to join our IT security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a particular focus on SailPoint ISC. This role involves collaborating closely with security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure secure and efficient user access management across the organization

Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with Identity and Access Management, with proven expertise in SailPoint ISC. - Hands-on experience with: * Integrating applications (on-premises and cloud) with SailPoint * Developing custom connectors, rules, forms, and workflows in SailPoint * Managing user lifecycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, access certifications, etc.) - Strong knowledge of: * Java, BeanShell, XML, JSON, and/or RESTful APIs * Access controls, RBAC, and IAM concepts - Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID) and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies. - Understanding of security standards and regulations (SOX, GDPR, CMMC, ISO27001, etc.) - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. - SailPoint certification(s) (e.g., SailPoint ISC Engineer or Architect) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with other IAM solutions (CyberArk, Beyond Trust, Salesforce, etc.) - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Entra, GCP)
