The trainer will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training in mechanical trade subjects, ensuring that students develop industry-relevant technical skills.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct classroom and workshop sessions for mechanical trade students as per ITI curriculum.- Teach core subjects such as Mechanics, Machine Tools, Fitting, Welding, Maintenance, and related areas.- Provide hands-on training on mechanical equipment, machines, and tools.- Prepare lesson plans, training material, and demonstrations for effective learning.- Guide students in practical assignments, workshops, and projects.- Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support.- Ensure safety procedures and workshop discipline are followed.- Stay updated with modern mechanical technologies and industry practices.- Support examinations, assessments, and student mentoring.Requirements:- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems, tools, and workshop practices.- Prior teaching/training experience preferred (Freshers with excellent skills may also apply).- Good communication and mentoring skills.- Ability to explain concepts in a clear and practical manner.Benefits:- Competitive salary- Career growth opportunities- Supportive and professional environment
