We are seeking an accomplished Education Technology Architect to join the GEDU IT Engineering Team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Software Architect in product development, particularly with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, and SAFe. The candidate should have experience in delivering scalable Web, Mobile, SaaS, and Cloud products.

The Architect we’re looking for should have progressed from a .Net Developer to a .Net Solution Architect, and ideally to Technology Architect.

The role requires understanding business needs, recommending appropriate architecture, and suggesting tools. Additionally, they should review developers' code, ensure coding standards are followed, and mentor the team on best practices. The Architect will collaborate with infrastructure and technology teams to implement global standards, security practices, and scalable solutions.

The role demands strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, and Azure technologies , focusing on security best practices, performance optimization, and mentoring junior developers.

The Architect will work closely with Product Managers , engineering teams, and R&D to define the strategic direction of software teams. They will contribute to defining an intuitive user experience and a non-functional product roadmap.

The primary responsibilities include developing architectural strategy, implementing scalable solutions using .Net and Azure, ensuring integration with overall IT plans, and collaborating with global teams. The candidate will also lead the identification of gaps in current business architecture, propose change projects, and develop roadmaps to close these gaps. A key part of the role is providing technical expertise, especially in .Net, Microservices, Azure Pipelines, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in consultative roles, driving software development.
  • Strong technology acumen, engineering design, and architecture expertise.
  • Hands-on coding experience in .Net and experience with SQL, NoSQL, GitHub, Microservices, and Cloud technologies like Azure and AWS .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on influencing stakeholders and working with global teams.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about user experience, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work cross-functionally with teams across various business and technology domains.

Preferred Experience :

  • Ed-Tech or E-Learning background. would be preferred.
  • Prior experience in start-up environments and Agile SAFe methodologies.
