QA Engineer – UFT

Are you passionate about ensuring software quality through smart automation? We’re looking for a QA Engineer experienced in UFT (Unified Functional Testing) to join a dynamic product engineering team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating reliable automated test frameworks, improving testing efficiency, and collaborating closely with developers and business teams to deliver excellence. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain UFT automation scripts for web and desktop applications. Execute functional, regression, and integration testing cycles. Identify, analyze, and report defects using standard tracking tools. Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Continuously improve test automation processes and frameworks. Required Skills 8 + years of hands-on experience in QA Automation . Strong working knowledge of UFT / QTP and VBScript . Experience in functional , regression , and automation testing . Good understanding of STLC , SDLC , and Defect Life Cycle . Exposure to ALM / Jira / Test Management tools is an advantage. Nice to Have Experience with API Testing or CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) . Familiarity with other test automation tools (Selenium, TestNG).
