Position Overview:As a Global Travel Advisor & Destination Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming inquiries, understanding client needs, providing initial travel suggestions, and guiding them through the booking and planning process. You will play a pivotal role in converting leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction and Inquiry Management
Handle all incoming guest calls and inquiries, providing prompt, courteous, and professional responses.Understand client preferences, including travel dates, duration, number of guests, and budget, to offer tailored suggestions.Address first-hand questions about destinations, itineraries, and Blingbird's services.Lead Conversion and Proposal Development
Convert inquiries into leads by presenting compelling travel highlights and options.Create first-hand highlights and suggestions based on client input, offering clear, engaging proposals.Effectively communicate Blingbird’s handling fees and operational processes, ensuring transparency.Convince clients to pay an initial deposit and explain the value of Blingbird’s bespoke services.Coordination and Itinerary Development
Collect initial designing fees and secure client approval for further planning.Collaborate with the itinerary design team once the deposit is received, ensuring smooth handovers.Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the planning process to confirm details and approvals.Client Relationship Management
Take client reviews post-travel to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for future improvements.Build long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.Administrative and Operational Support
