Job Description:
Handling Chat ProcessResolving customer queries through mail within TAT.Responsible for Inbound calls and Outbound callsResponding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
Key Requirements:
Any Bachelor's degreeProven experience in customer service or a related role.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.Empathetic and customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across departments.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workThe ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists
ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers via phone, email and chatProvide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availabilityWork with internal departments to meet customer's needsData entry in various platforms
QualificationsAt least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
