Join our community of learners and experience a transformative educational journey.Role Objective:To support site execution, planning, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers, ensuring quality and compliance in all civil engineering activities.Key Responsibilities:Assist in site supervision, layout marking, and daily progress trackingSupport quantity estimation and material reconciliationCoordinate with contractors and vendors for timely executionMaintain site records including DPRs, labour logs, and material registersEnsure adherence to safety protocols and quality standardsParticipate in project planning meetings and prepare basic reportsAssist in AutoCAD drafting and design documentationEligibility Criteria:B.E. / B. Tech in Civil EngineeringBasic understanding of construction materials, methods, and drawingsProficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plusWillingness to travel and work on-site as per project requirementsStrong communication and teamwork skills.
