Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Technical Support : Assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting, coordinating with the engineering and service teams as needed. Documentation and Reporting : Proposal Development. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop comprehensive project proposals. Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed designs and technical drawings for proposals. Ensure proposals meet client requirements and specifications. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order history. Requirements : Proven experience in AutoCAD software is mandatory. Strong background in designing, with the ability to create detailed technical drawings. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Prior experience in proposal development, project management, or sales coordination will be advantageous. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
