The consultant will drive requirements gathering, solution design, and client education , ensuring alignment of Health Cloud capabilities with healthcare business needs.Responsibilities:Conduct client workshops to gather and document requirements.Map healthcare processes into Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.Configure Salesforce Health Cloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows.Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Health Cloud features.Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.Train client and internal teams on Health Cloud functionality.Skills:2+ Health Cloud implementations as Functional Consultant.Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (screening, primary care, aged care).Expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
