About UEF:

Universal Enlightenment and Flourishing, UEF, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to human flourishing and religious literacy. Our approach is based on universal concepts, marrying ancient wisdoms with findings of modern physical and social sciences. UEF creates, curates, and distributes content related to human Flourishing and religious literacy.

Designation- Social Media Intern


Job Description:


As a Social Media Intern with UEF, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, fostering engagement, and driving the growth of our strategic partnerships. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our partnership initiatives through effective social media strategies.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Management: You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, , Instagram, and more. This includes creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. Mainly we’ll be focusing on Instagram and reels. 
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and relevant content that aligns with our partnership and alliance initiatives, including blog posts, articles, graphics, and videos.
  • Audience Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, while also fostering meaningful conversations and connections.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of our campaigns, and use these insights to make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our Partnership and Alliance Team to ensure social media efforts are in alignment with our strategic objectives and contribute to the overall success of our partnerships.

Requirements


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knack for researching.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player.
