What You Will Do:

  • Manage QA Deliveries: Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of QA projects and
    tasks at the respective location, coordinating with project managers, developers, and other
    stakeholders to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
    • Manual and Automation Testing: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated
    test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and maintaining high standards of
    quality assurance.
    • Lead the QA Team: Lead and mentor a group of QA professionals, providing guidance,
    support, and development opportunities while fostering a collaborative and productive
    team environment.
    • Implement QA Best Practices: Implement and maintain QA best practices, standards,
    and processes, monitoring and evaluating QA metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate and Communicate: Act as the primary point of contact for QA-related
    matters at the respective location, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams
    and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
    • Optional - Code Review: While not essential, contribute to coding tasks and support the
    development team in identifying and resolving code-related issues when needed.
