Organization Description

Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) is a team reporting into Securities Services Operations Transformation Group under Digital Platform Services (DPS) organization. Our team will be responsible for accelerating and driving key programs focused on digital capabilities for our Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) Securities Services line of business and clients, developing a more efficient and scalable infrastructure, enhancing our client experience and controls, and commercializing our firm’s assets.

Job Description:

The automation specialist will primarily be responsible to identify, evaluate & implement the automation solutions by leveraging the tools such as Selenium, Cucumber or relevant functional test tools with Java, Java Script or Python. The automation specialist will be expected to partner with the relevant stakeholders to implement automation solutions where required. An ideal candidate must have experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Java, Java Script & Python, must possess excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills. 

Job Responsibilities:

Strong proficiency in QA automation toolsets such as Selenium and Cucumber. Build, maintain, and enhance automation artifacts leveraging Selenium, Java, Maven, TestNG, Rest Assured API, GIT, and Jenkins. Experience in developing UI using AngularJS , ReactJS and knowledge of database management. Demonstrated experience with providing QA automation solutions in an agile environment within a large team. Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, Ability to drive & implement change, Understanding cloud, virtualization, APIs, and modern software practices (., containerization on Docker or Kubernetes) Provide technical expertise throughout the software lifecycle including design, implementation, and delivery, with a focus on software testing and metrics. Effective in a fast-paced environment by utilizing time management and work prioritization skills. Experience testing in Windows as well as UNIX or LINUX environment.  Strong Team player abilities and Quick Learner, enthusiastic to learn new concepts and technologies.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related stream from accredited institution High proficiency in developing and delivering automation solutions using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and similar tool sets. Hands-on experience in automation testing using REST API, Database, JMeter. Experience with swift, xml messages and MQ messaging setups. Experience in non-functional testing such as load testing. Working experience in using IntelliJ IDE or Eclipse. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Version Control tools (BitBucket, Git). Demonstrated experience in implementing agile practices like TDD/BDD Strong communication, collaboration skills with experience engaging with project teams and regional operational teams. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver on competing priorities & Ability to work as part of a team, sharing responsibilities and knowledge across the team

Knowledge in Securities Services business – Custody, ETF, Fund Services platforms
