Job Title: Talent Sourcer - Capital Markets & Insurance

Locations: Chennai/Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune

6+ months contract

Job Description: As a Talent Sourcer with Capital Markets & Insurance expertise, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent within the capital markets industry. You will collaborate closely with our hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to meet those needs. Your in-depth knowledge of the capital markets industry will be essential in identifying and engaging with high-caliber candidates who possess the specialized skills and experience required for success in our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent within the capital markets industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Utilize social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to engage with potential candidates.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to hiring teams to inform their decision-making process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

• Proven 2+ years to 5 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer with a focus on capital markets or financial services.
• In-depth understanding of the capital markets industry, including knowledge of financial products, trading, investment banking, and related functions.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, techniques, and best practices for identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
