About the Role:
This role is critical to ensuring advertising campaigns run smoothly, efficiently, and deliver measurable results for our clients
As a Lead - Ad Operations & Analytics, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimization of ad operations. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, data analytics, product, etc. to ensure that there is optimal visibility of Ads to our users and also delivers outcomes for our clients
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end execution of ad campaigns. Right from selecting doctors for the campaign, deciding on optimal impressions, to delivering outcome reports
Monitor campaign health, flag issues proactively, and participate in post-campaign analysis and reporting.
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline ad operations
Understand the outcomes expected by the client and run campaigns accordingly to optimize for the expected outcomes
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in business analysis role and taking data based decisions
Comfortable working with data; ability to interpret metrics and deliver insights.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in excel is mandatory. Strong skills in SQL and python are good to have
An MBA from a tier-1 business school/ more than 2 years of experience working in a business role in a startup environment
Preferable to have some experience in pharmaceuticals/ healthcare
