Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qlik Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in QlikView and Qlik Sense administration, with a strong background in managing, maintaining, and optimizing Qlik environments. The Senior Qlik Administrator will play a key role in implementing best practices, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of our Qlik applications.
Responsibilities :
· Administer and maintain QlikView and Qlik Sense environments, including servers, services, and applications.
· Implement and manage security measures to protect Qlik data and applications.
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
· Collaborate with developers and business users to understand requirements and optimize Qlik applications for performance and usability.
· Design and implement governance policies and procedures for Qlik environments.
· Manage user access and licenses, including provisioning and de-provisioning.
· Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and migrations for QlikView and Qlik Sense environments.
· Develop and maintain documentation for Qlik environments, including configurations, processes, and procedures.
· Provide technical support and training to Qlik developers and end-users.
· Stay current with Qlik industry trends, best practices, and new features to continuously improve Qlik environments.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Qlik Administrator, with expertise in QlikView and Qlik Sense.
· Strong understanding of Qlik architecture, design principles, and best practices.
· Proficiency in managing Qlik servers, services, and deployments.
· Experience with Qlik security models and implementation.
· Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
· Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation tasks.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Qlik certifications such as Qlik Sense System Administrator Certification are a plus.
