It encompasses a vision that is truly global and is driven by innovative techniques, progressive curricula, and state-of-the-art infrastructure.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities of the Assistant Professor include the following:The candidate will be expected to substantially contribute to the teaching, research, consulting and pedagogy development of the subject specialization areaPublishing in top tier (A and B level) peer-reviewed journalsThe candidate should be able to integrate curriculum with industry needs and deliver content with innovative pedagogies in class.Engaging and participating in ASM strategic initiatives and other activities.The Successful applicant :First class Masters degree from a recognized university in Business Administration (MBA) or PGDM equivalent to MBA in the above disciplines.Is an eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline.Has published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of ten research publications in the scopus/peer-reviewed JournalsA minimum of ten years of teaching experience and / or research experience at equivalent level at the University/ NationaI Level Management Institutes of which at least 5 should be at the level of Assistant Professor .Proven ability and/or successful experience in pedagogical innovations, such as in blended learning and/or e-learning will be appreciated.Location : DwarkaCTC- will discuss
