Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Forecasting & Sales Analysis
- Track key sales metrics such as sales activities, funnel stages & conversion rates, pipeline, bookings, deal sizes & sales cycles. Continuously monitor & represent revenue metrics in dashboards to easily understand the health of the business.
- Regularly provide sales and revenue forecasts to leadership & key stakeholders
- Regularly assist in the review and handling of open outstanding revenue opportunities of the leadership team.
- CRM & Data Management:
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce data for accuracy and consistency.
- Solve emerging issues and implement enhancements within the CRM.
- Analyze and implement territory mapping and target account lists & assignees on Salesforce.
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between Sales & customer success, finance, legal, product, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to share insights and centralize information.
- Respond and troubleshoot inquiries regarding order forms, contracts, bookings and/or invoicing.
- Maintain contracts, agreements & other records for all prospects & customers in a centralized & searchable manner on the CRM.
- Work with Sales & Marketing teams to implement streamlined and automated processes from lead generation to deal closures.
- Partner with the Sales & Marketing teams to create, manage & implement enablement/training program.
- Uncover areas/gaps within the sales strategy & processes to drive performance improvements that unlock productivity and accelerate revenue
- Partner with leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of business initiatives
Qualifications :
- 2+ years experience in sales or revenue operations
- Degree in Computer Science, Biology, Math, or any Applied Sciences preferred.
- Prior experience with CRMs like Salesforce or Hubspot would be required.
- Experience acting as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Ability to regularly provide detailed sales and revenue forecasts to leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Understanding of financial principles related to sales and revenue forecasting.
