We are looking for a Pre-Sales and Solutions leader who is an expert in Capital Markets or Retail Banking or Financial Crime & Compliance Domains (KYC / AML) and can lead deal pursuits working with internal and external customers. The incumbent must possesses strong communication skills with business and financial acumen. The incumbent must be willing to take ownership of deal pursuits and ensure proper and timely submissions of RFPs and proactive proposals. The responsibilities will include: Manage the bid management process, co-ordinate responses and pricing and ensure alignment with strategy. Provide domain specific guidance to ensure proper reviews prior to submission. Contribute to initial pursuit strategy & planning with team members including definition of key milestones and scoping of critical deliverables Facilitate and ensure quality and successful delivery of solution offerings to customers. Manage review and execution of contracts working closely with Legal and other internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent must have: Expert in sales process steps. Strong analytical skills and a sharp business and financial acumen. Established leader with 10+ years of experience in the financial services domain. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively and constantly deliver excellence. Presales
