C urrent project is 30 storied high rise building with 2 Basements aggregating 2.5 Lac Sq feet. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: Overall responsibility of execution of high rise residential project including all Civil and MEP works while adhering to defined parameters of cost, quality, time and Safety/HSE. Detailed Project Planning including resource management-manpower,materials,plant and machinery etc. Project Execution: As per defined quality, budget, timelines, SOPs and defined Safety/HSE guidelines Project Review & Reporting: Regular monitoring of construction and regular updates/ MIS to relevant stakeholders Effective coordination with consultants, architect, contractors, procurement and head office for drawings, approvals,resources. Effective supervision and control over project overhead costs, project billing, contractor payments leading to cost management and budget control. INCUMBENT PROFILE: B. E. Civil, 20+ years experience out of which at least 8 years should be in managing high rise residential projects. Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) will be an added advantage. Led complete life cycle of a high rise residential project -from foundation to building completion and handover. Experience in finishing is mandatory. Ability to mobilize labour, deal with sub contractors and manage billing. Ability to Coordinate design and drawings with architect,structural and MEP consultants.
