Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, located in Noida. The Field Sales Executive will focus on identifying business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and promoting HRJEE's software solutions. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires traveling within the assigned territory and attending industry events as needed.

  • Customer Service, Client Management, and Relationship Building skills
  • Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Business Development skills
  • Negotiation, Persuasion, and Presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM software and Sales Reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in software or HR solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
