PositionOverview: As the Landscape In charge you will beresponsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape designmaintenance and plantation within the designated areas. Yourprimary goal will be to ensure the aesthetic appeal functionalityand sustainability of the landscapes under your supervision. Thisrole requires a strong background in landscape management plantcare and projectcoordination.

MainResponsibilities:

• Collaboratewith architects and project managers to develop landscape designsthat align with project requirements and clientexpectations.
  
• Createdetailed landscape plans including plant selection layoutirrigation systems and hardscapeelements.
  
• Ensure compliance withlocal regulations and environmental standards in all landscapedesign projects.
  
• Oversee theexecution of landscape projects from inception to completionincluding budgeting scheduling and resourceallocation.
  
• Coordinate withcontractors vendors and external stakeholders to ensure timelydelivery and quality ofworkmanship.
  
• Conduct regular siteinspections to monitor progress address any issues and ensureadherence to designspecifications.
  
• Implementcomprehensive plant care programs including planting pruningfertilization and pestcontrol.
  
• Supervise a team oflandscapers and gardeners to maintain the cleanliness health andattractiveness of all landscapedareas.
  
• Monitor irrigation systems tooptimize water usage and preventwastage.
  
• Develop and implementsustainable landscaping practices such as xeriscaping compostingand native plantconservation.
  
• Integrate ecofriendlysolutions such as rainwater harvesting and renewable energy sourcesinto landscape designs and maintenanceroutines.
  
• Maintain accurate recordsof landscape inventory including plant species quantities andmaintenance schedules.
  
• Prepareregular reports on landscape performance including budgetexpenditures resource utilization and projectmilestones.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture or a relatedfield.
  
• Minimumof 10 years of experience in landscape management preferably withinthe context of buildingprojects.
  
• Strongknowledge of horticulture plant biology and landscape designprinciples.
  
• Provenexperience in project management including budgeting scheduling andcontractoroversight.
  
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and externalstakeholders.
  
• Proficiencyin landscape design software and other relevanttools.
  
• Familiaritywith local regulations and environmental standards governinglandscape development andmaintenance.
