Job Details Location: Baner, Pune Work Mode: On-site, 5 Days a Week Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (US Hours) Salary: 7 to 8 LPA Joining: Immediate Joiners Highly Preferred Job Summary We are seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive People Operations Coordinator to join our team in Pune. This role will support end-to-end HR Operations , including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance and records management, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Zoho HR systems , strong communication skills, the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks independently, and willingness to work night shifts to support global operations . Key Responsibilities Manage employee onboarding activities, including documentation, profile creation, induction coordination, and verification processes Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately Handle attendance tracking, leave management, shift schedules, and system updates through Zoho People or similar HRIS tools Support HR compliance requirements including policy documentation, audit readiness, and record upkeep Coordinate with internal teams and leadership regarding HR requests, data updates, and employee engagement activities Provide assistance on grievance handling, query resolution, and escalation follow-through Generate HR reports, dashboards, MIS, and analytics as required Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR data and employee information Assist in execution of HR operational improvements and workflow enhancements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5 to 6 years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management Mandatory working knowledge of Zoho People / Zoho HRMS for HR-related workflows Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing structured processes Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Comfortable working in US Shift (Night Shift) Preferred Skills Experience supporting HR for global or RPO organizations Understanding of HR compliance frameworks, onboarding best practices, and documentation standards Ability to multitask and prioritize without needing close supervision Positive attitude, people-friendly approach, and problem-solving mindset Perks & Benefits Family Health Insurance coverage Provident Fund benefits Night Shift Allowance provided Safe and reliable Cab Facility for pick-up and drop Rewards & Recognition programs celebrating performance Energetic workplace environment with monthly and quarterly events
