Our client is a leading e-commerce enabler in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

  • Analyze the financial performance of each brand extensively, covering metrics like revenue, margin, operating profit, and working capital.

  • Produce accurate and timely financial documents and presentations for senior leadership, emphasizing important insights and trends.

  • Formulate and implement strategies to improve gross margins for our array of brands, including activities like adjusting pricing, minimizing expenses, and evaluating product assortment.

  • Collaborate closely with teams from sales, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities for margin expansion.

  • Work with brand managers to establish objectives and strategies for improving operational profit performance.

  • Evaluate operating costs to identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction while maintaining brand growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Supervise and control working capital metrics like inventory turnover, accounts receivable days, and accounts payable days for each brand.

  • Implement strategies to improve working capital efficiency while balancing inventory levels and meeting brand needs.

  • Head the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for each brand, working closely with brand managers and finance teams to develop accurate and achievable financial plans.

  • Provide analysis of variances and insights to clarify actual performance concerning budget and forecast targets.

  • Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities within the company, taking into account market trends, competition, and regulatory shifts.

  • Create plans to mitigate risks and develop backup plans to protect and enhance financial performance.

  • Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.

  • Guarantee the continuous professional growth of team members through training programs and skill development initiatives.

  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness within the FP&A team by optimizing processes and workflows.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance and Accounting

  • Previous experience with Big 4 advisory or auditing or CFA is a plus

  • Experience in FP&A/Controlling 

  • Possess strong skills in financial modeling and analysis.

  • Skilled in communication and presentation, able to clarify complex financial ideas to various audiences.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, adept at converting data into practical recommendations.

  • Possess strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Strong in leading and managing teams effectively.

  • Fluent in English, in both written and verbal communication.

  • Able to make sound decisions with limited time and information.

  • Delivers results by influencing, collaborating, and building relationships.

  • Exhibits maturity and professionalism in interactions.

  • Holds credibility and authority in dealings.

Requirements
