DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER

to develop and implement a result-oriented social media strategy, drive traffic to our website, generate leads, and improve our website's SEO and domain authority.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)- Create engaging content (text, images, videos) to increase followers, likes, shares, and comments- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our website and generate leads- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising channels- Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI- Optimize landing pages and website content for better conversion rates- Develop and implement an SEO strategy to improve website rankings and domain authority- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and other similar tools

Requirements- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, performance marketing, and SEO- Proven track record of success in driving traffic, generating leads, and improving website rankings- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO principles- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions- Strong communication and project management skills

Nice to Have- Experience working in the sports industry or with a football club- Knowledge of website design and development- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, ETC
