Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Mining Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3.5 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a related field, with specific expertise in Celonis. This position is open to candidates across PAN India, and we welcome applications from individuals with 3.5 to 12 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize Process Mining tools such as Celonis, Disco, or ProM to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Extract and manipulate data using strong SQL skills to support process analysis and optimization efforts.
Develop and maintain business process models and analysis techniques to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive tangible business outcomes.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ensure data accuracy and quality with meticulous attention to detail.
Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Uphold ethical standards in handling sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
Proficiency in Process Mining tools such as Celonis, Disco, or ProM is mandatory.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
Familiarity with business process modeling and analysis techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex process data and draw actionable insights.
Solid understanding of database concepts, data structures, and data analysis techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for process improvement and optimization with a focus on driving tangible business outcomes.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards in handling sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality.
