4–6 years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering , including at least 2 years building GenAI or Agentic AI solutions.Strong command of Python 3.11+ — including asyncio, typing, packaging, pytest, and profiling.Hands-on experience with LangGraph or LangChain for orchestration, reasoning, and memory.Proven experience designing RAG pipelines using vector stores such as OpenSearch , pgvector , or Pinecone .Proficiency with key AWS components — EKS, S3, RDS, ElastiCache, SNS/SQS, API Gateway, and Secrets Manager.Experience in service instrumentation and monitoring using Datadog , CloudWatch , and OpenTelemetry .Strong grounding in security , rate limiting , circuit breakers , and resilient service design.Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to produce clear documentation, flow diagrams, and code reviews.Good to HaveFamiliarity with multi-agent collaboration patterns — coordinator/worker, task decomposition, human-in-the-loop.Experience in AI evaluation frameworks — regression suites, hallucination detection, grounding and recall scoring.Exposure to AWS Bedrock , LLM evaluation pipelines (phoenix/arize, promptfoo), or guardrail frameworks.Understanding of chat-based or streaming agent UIs integrated with reasoning traces.Exposure to DevOps workflows — Docker, CI/CD usage, environment promotion, and release versioning.LOCATION: BENGALURU /GURUGRAM BOTH
