About The Role

Join us as a Senior Project Manager and become the orchestrator of success, leading teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, objectives,
  • timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead project teams, assigning responsibilities and tasks, and
  • ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are
  • delivered within the allocated budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential
  • issues proactively.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders,
  • including clients, team members, and senior management, providing regular updates on
  • project status.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with
  • project requirements.
  • Scope Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs through a
  • formal change control process.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including personnel,
  • equipment, and materials.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans,
  • schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers, as needed, to ensure
  • the successful execution of projects.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct project performance evaluations and post-project reviews
  • to identify areas for improvement and best practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
  • (Master's degree preferred).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications.
  • Minimum of 3+years of experience in project management, with a proven track
  • record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific project management best practices
