Responsibilities

  1. Creative, design-thinking Electrical / Electronic Engineer with extensive knowledge / experience in

designing cost-effective motor drives, power conversion products and other appliances.

  1. Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.

  2. Evaluated systems operations and recommended cost-effective design modifications

  3. Tested the phosphorescent and thermoelectric properties of various materials

  4. Maintained an updated inventory of available electronic parts and supplies

  5. Assisted with the design and production of integrated circuit systems

  6. Reviewed and interpreted schematics and maintenance manuals.

  7. Coordinate with production and QA teams to record and update test results and material movement.

  8. Assist in documentation and validation of meter testing as per IS standards and other applicable

standards.

  1. Review and interpret schematics, testing procedures, and manuals to support documentation

accuracy.

  1. Assist in internal and external audit documentation (BIS, ISO, etc.) and certification readiness.

  2. Work with R&D teams to compile GTPs (Guaranteed Technical Particulars), Type Test Reports, and

Product Catalogs

  1. Help create user manuals, training material, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for products and processes.

Education

Bachelor of Science – Electrical / Electronic

Engineering Technology

Technical Skills set


• 1–3 years of experience in technical documentation or QA support in an electronics manufacturing setup.


• Familiarity with metering standards and testing protocols (IS 13779, IS 16444 part 1, DLMS/COSEM, etc.) is a strong plus.


• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with ERP systems is desirable.


• Strong attention to detail, structured approach to documentation, and ability to manage multiple records simultaneously.


• Basic understanding of electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and component identification.
