Labour Welfare Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Labour Welfare Officer to join our team. As a Labour Welfare Officer, you will be responsible for promoting the welfare and well-being of our employees, ensuring their safety and health, and ensuring that they receive fair treatment in accordance with labor laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships between the company and its employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing programs to promote the welfare and well-being of employees.
• Ensuring that employees work in safe and healthy conditions and that safety regulations are followed.
• Providing guidance and support to employees regarding their rights and responsibilities.
• Investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances.
• Ensuring that the company is in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Monitoring employee attendance and leave records.
• Maintaining positive relationships with employees and promoting employee engagement.
• Conducting surveys and collecting feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement.

Qualification: MSW/MBA

Experience: 2-4 years (spinning Mills experience preferred)
