Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Kalypso Oracle Practice, located in Pune, India, where we specialize in Oracle Cloud projects. As an Application Senior Analyst, you'll collaborate with a global team, primarily supporting clients in the US and EMEA regions. Our focus extends beyond mere technology implementation to extracting tangible business value from Oracle Cloud solutions. We specialize in diverse industries, including Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High Tech, Consumer Goods, and Retail.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

Drive new implementation, upgrade, and Managed Services projects for Oracle Cloud SCM modules for our global clientele. Conduct thorough user requirements analysis and facilitate business process design sessions, identifying gaps, issues, and reporting risk areas. Prepare essential project documentation, including requirements documents, functional specifications, and test cases. Engage in insightful discussions with clients to understand as-is and to-be business processes, serving as a subject matter expert. Deliver compelling presentations to audiences ranging from executives to business users. Demonstrate technical expertise in software implementations, including data mapping, conversion validation, system configuration, and user acceptance testing. Provide hands-on support during critical project phases such as CRP, UAT, and Go-Live. Resolve customer tickets and issues promptly and effectively. Stay updated on the latest technologies and releases, exploring how new features and functionalities can address business challenges. Support sales/pre-sales efforts by contributing to RFP responses and developing POCs for prospective clients. Lead internal and external projects when necessary, ensuring adherence to production SLAs and KPIs. Provide end-user support, including addressing application queries and overseeing daily plan runs/collections. Adapt working hours to accommodate customers across different time zones. Assist in creating training materials and conducting internal and client training sessions as required. Support the learning and mentoring of fellow team members. Willingness to learn additional applications as needed. Availability for short-notice travel as required.

Skills and Experience:

3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Extensive professional supply chain software implementation experience, preferably with Oracle, including hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules, particularly Oracle Supply Planning. Demonstrated experience leading Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Implementation teams in a client-facing role. Expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning (SCP) is essential. Certifications in Oracle Cloud modules are advantageous, with a preference for Supply Chain Planning certification. Proficiency in FDBI/ADFi data load processes and SQL/PL-SQL. Familiarity with Cloud paradigms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and BI Publisher reports is a plus. Ability to lead offshore development work and manage large projects in a multi-team environment. Prior exposure to US customers and strong customer service focus. Experience with Oracle SRs and helpdesk software. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong MS Office skills and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Computer Science from a reputable institution.

Experience with Global Order Promising (GOP) and Backlog Management is strongly preferred. Experience with Order Management, Global Order Promising, Backlog Management, Manufacturing, and Inventory Management are considered advantageous.
