We’re Hiring: Business Development Associate - SalesLocation: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, IndiaCompany: Livin Company – specialists in custom-designed modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furnitureWhat You’ll Do:As a Business Development Associate - Sales , you’ll be at the front line of expanding Livin’s presence in Lucknow. This is a client-facing, field-heavy role where you will:Identify and connect with architects, builders, and channel partners to generate leads.Visit customer sites to understand requirements, take measurements, and capture finer details.Meet homeowners and families, explain modular solutions, and provide tentative estimates.Drive footfall to the Experience Centre (EC) by scheduling walkthroughs and showcasing modular capabilities.Follow up with customers consistently to ensure a smooth transition from proposal to booking.Share company brochures, finish decks, and testimonial videos to build trust and confidence.Work closely with the design team to prepare designs and proposals, but take ownership of closing deals in the field.What You’ll Focus on:Generating and managing new customer pipelines (B2B + B2C).Hitting monthly sales and booking targets.Maximising BGMV (Booking Gross Merchandise Value).Driving on-ground visibility and customer engagement.Building long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.What We’re Looking For1 –3 years of field sales experience in interiors, home décor, building materials, real estate, or related industries.Strong relationship-building & follow-up skills – you know how to keep conversations warm.Comfortable with field visits and travel across Lucknow city.Confident in presentations & client pitching (Google Slides/PowerPoint).➕ Experience in interior design / modular furniture sales is a big plus.➕ Knowledge of AutoCAD/3D rendering is a bonus, not mandatory.Why Join Us?At Livin Company, we design and deliver dream kitchens & wardrobes.
