Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and counseling to prospective students and parents, answering inquiries about the school and programs, conducting school tours and informational sessions, supporting the application and registration process, and meeting enrollment targets. Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong written and verbal Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and Education
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Degree or Diploma in Education or a related field
  • Experience in the field of design or education is a plus


Your main goal is to boost our admissions by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers. you are responsible for handling admissions over the phone, email, in-person and so on.

In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the students & parents and maintain healthy relations with them. You are required to understand the customer’s requirements and demands and close the admission deal efficiently. You are also required to write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.


As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities. Great report writing skills, amazing negotiation skills, and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for this position.
