We're Hiring – Lead Generation Executive (EdTech Industry)
Locations: Hyderabad | Delhi | Bengaluru | Chennai
Experience: 1+ year in field sales/lead generation
Salary: ₹7.0 – ₹7.5 LPA + Incentives
Eligibility: Male candidates only (own two-wheeler required)
Mode: Full-time, On-site (Field Marketing)
Job Summary
We are hiring Lead Generation Executives with prior experience in field sales, seminars, and student engagement to drive business growth in the EdTech sector. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in the local language, and be confident in interacting with students, parents, and schools—with a strong focus on commerce stream students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions to generate qualified leads.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions for commerce students.
- Engage with students and parents to explain course offerings and career opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school authorities and local education networks.
- Achieve lead generation and conversion targets through direct engagement.
- Provide accurate and timely reports of field activities to the reporting manager.
- Travel frequently between institutions (own vehicle mandatory).
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales/lead generation (preferably in Education/EdTech sector).
- Strong communication skills in English and local language.
- Experience in conducting school seminars and student counseling.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Graduation in any stream (Commerce background preferred).
Role: Conduct school visits, seminars, and student engagement activities to generate leads and drive enrollments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45, ₹59,000.00 per month
