Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with 6-10 years of experience to join our team in Noida. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. The initial contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in core Java, a thorough understanding of development frameworks, and experience with large-scale production systems. Telecom experience and Python knowledge are a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Java Development :

- Utilize strong core Java skills, including multi-threading, memory management, and web services development.

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient Java applications.

Frameworks and Best Practices :

- Apply knowledge of Java/J2EE development frameworks, design patterns, and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Work with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate to build robust applications.

Integration and Data Handling :

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services using XML and JSON.

- Integrate with message queues and handle data using both relational and non-relational databases.

Cloud Technologies :

- Work with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud, to deploy and manage applications.

- Leverage cloud services for scalable and reliable application development.

Production Systems :

- Gain experience working with large-scale production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.

Communication and Collaboration :

- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements and provide updates.

- Work collaboratively in a cross-functional Agile team environment.

Agile Development :

- Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

- Contribute to continuous improvement in development practices and team processes.

Problem-Solving and Analysis :

- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.

- Adapt to dynamic work environments and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Telecom Experience (Preferred) :

- Utilize experience in the telecom industry to understand specific project requirements and challenges.

- Apply domain knowledge to develop tailored solutions.

Additional Skills (Optional) :

- Leverage knowledge of Python for supplementary tasks and projects.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software development.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 6-10 years of experience in Java development with a focus on core Java skills.

- Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, XML, JSON, and message queues.

- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.

- Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred) :

- Experience in the telecom industry.

- Knowledge of Python programming.
