Job Title Exec/ Sr. Exec HR Location Laxmi Industrial Estate, Link Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai – 400053Department Human Resources Reporting to Head HR Position Purpose: Handle independently HR generalist processes and initiatives.Responsibility:Will be required to handle other functions of HR in generalist roleRespond to queries from employees, vendors and the Management.Handle talent acquisition, talent management and developmentBuilding employee relationship and employee engagementPre and post recruitment formalities, documentation, new employee induction and confirmation processMIS and reportingPrincipal Accountabilities Interacts closely with staff and handles the grievances and escalates to next level as and when requiredConducts/ Coordinate the L & D activities as plannedHRMSUndertakes any other responsibility as assigned by HR team based on need.Time Office Management (Attendance Management)As this role handling personal information highest degree of confidentiality & integrity should be maintained. Pre-requisite: Graduate & aboveExperience Minimum 1 year of experienceGood domain knowledge in recruitment, on boarding employee engagement and other HR related activitiesProficient in MS OfficeStrong in Analytical Skills, Conflict Management & Eye for DetailSelf-starter and execution of all assigned taskHighly ethical and disciplinedStrong communicator of both written and verbalGood at MIS Management 8029101Pay Rnage INR 240,000 to 300,000 per yearWorking Days: Monday to Satirday 10 am to 6 pm
