Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of 2D design concepts for various projects, including

space planning, layout design, and furniture arrangement, ensuring adherence to client

preferences, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and vision,

translating concepts into compelling 2D visualizations and presentations that effectively

communicate design intent and aesthetics.

  1. Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, Sketchup to

create detailed floor plans, elevations, and mood boards, incorporating color schemes,

materials, and finishes to bring designs to life.

  1. Work closely with the project management team to coordinate the implementation of design

concepts, providing guidance and support throughout the construction and installation

phases to ensure design integrity and quality.

  1. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in 2D design,

continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate the design process.

  1. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, support, and professional

development opportunities to foster their growth and skill development.

  1. Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing design

recommendations, and managing expectations to ensure a seamless and satisfactory client

experience.

  1. Work on Timelines to complete the tasks.

  2. Prepare cost estimation and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.

  3. Continuous education to keep updated about new materials in the market trends

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.

2.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on 2D design and

visualization.

  1. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, Sketchup

with a demonstrated ability to create detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations.

  1. Strong conceptual and spatial design skills, with the ability to translate client requirements

into cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate

with clients, stakeholders, and team members to achieve project objectives.

  1. Detail-oriented with a passion for design excellence, demonstrating a meticulous approach

to creating accurate and visually impactful 2D design deliverables.

  1. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and

meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
